Features Still Awaiting Release

Genmoji iOS 18.2

There are two significant features present in iOS 18.2 that are not yet available for the Mac:

  1. Genmoji
  2. Mail app redesign

It’s unfortunate that Genmoji is not included, especially since it is already available on both iPhone and iPad with iOS and iPadOS 18.2. The redesign of the Mail app is currently exclusive to the iPhone, leaving both the Mac and iPad without these updates in the upcoming software releases.

We hope that macOS 15.3 will incorporate these features early in 2025; until then, it’s worth noting that two of the most exciting new features in iOS 18.2 aren’t yet available on the Mac.
