$100 Discount on iPad Mini 7, AirPods Pro 2, Alpine Loops, and More at DMN

As we continue to monitor significant discounts on the official Apple Watch braided and silicone Solo Loops, a new array of Apple gear offers has just gone live to start the week. After waiting several months for a decent price cut on the latest iPad mini 7, today marks the occasion. Almost every configuration, color, and storage option is now witnessing a remarkable $100 price reduction, with offers beginning at $399 shipped. Apple’s AirPods 2 are currently available for $180 in new condition, but certified refurbished units from Best Buy have dropped to $150 for today only, alongside returning to all-time low prices on the 2024 Alpine Loops for the Apple Watch Ultra 2. More exciting deals can be found below.

All-new Apple iPad mini 7 lineup returns to all-time low prices, $100 off, starting at $399

Deals on the new iPad mini A17 Pro, or iPad mini 7, have been limited since some early discounts near its launch back in October. While Best Buy is still providing substantial trade-in value for customers trading in the older mini 6 (or other iPads), both Best Buy and Amazon are offering a direct $100 price drop across nearly all configurations today. The deals commence from $399 shipped for the 128GB model, which is the lowest-priced option, with discounts available on all three models today, including the Wi-Fi + Cellular versions. Details on pricing are included below.

As of now, Best Buy offers a straightforward $100 price cut on practically every configuration of the new A17 Pro model. We anticipate that Amazon will match these prices later today, but at the time of writing, they are only matching the $100 price drop on the higher-end 512GB model and select colors of the entry-level model priced at $399.

Labor Day Apple deals

Best Buy offers the new AirPods Pro 2 at $99 off for today only (Reg. $249, Geek Squad refurb)

As part of its Deals of the Day, Best Buy is offering Geek Squad Certified Refurbished AirPods Pro 2 with the new USB-C MagSafe Case down to $149.99 shipped. Regularly priced at $249, this presents a $99 savings off the cost of a new set, with the lowest price available for a certified refurbished model from a reliable retailer.

Amazon is still providing brand new AirPods Pro 2 models priced at $179.99 shipped, equating to a $69 discount from the regular price. This is the best price recorded since the holiday sales last year in early 2025 for a new set, but you can get additional savings with today’s Geek Squad offer.

Anker’s new display-equipped 140W wall charger and power bank released with launch deals

Update: The new 25,000 mAh power bank is currently available with a $10 launch discount.

Anker has unveiled a duo of new display-equipped power banks at CES 2025, both of which are now available for purchase via their official website. In addition, the new 140W, 4-port Anker Wall Charger is currently offered with a nice launch discount of $79.99 shipped, down from the regular price of $90. Ensure to apply code WSCPV2LIWN23 at checkout if the discount isn’t automatically reflected.

As mentioned in our launch coverage, the brand introduced a pair of next-gen charging solutions – a 25,000 mAh power bank and the new wall charger on sale today. Regrettably, the power bank is not yet seeing a launch promotion like the charger, but we will keep monitoring for updates.

Amazon is providing a fresh opportunity to grab Black Friday-level pricing on the 4-pack of Apple AirTags today. Regularly priced at $99, a 4-pack is now available for just $69.99 shipped, matching last year’s holiday pricing. This works out to about $17.49 per AirTag, representing some of the most competitive pricing we’ve witnessed. The individual AirTag is also available at a reduced price of $22.99, down from the usual $29, which is very close to the temporary Black Friday price of $19.

While AirTag did subject Apple to some criticism over the absence of labels warning about battery ingestion risks, it remains one of the best choices in the market, in my opinion. The models offered today aren’t the newly released limited edition Year of the Snake variants, nor are they the anticipated AirTag 2, which is expected to launch later this year featuring improved Precision Finding range, but for just $17.50 each, they’re still a solid deal.
