Adobe’s Acrobat AI Assistant
This AI assistant is available as a $5/month add-on for Adobe Acrobat, offering features akin to those found in Apple Intelligence.
With a single click, the generative summary can swiftly extract key points from your document, allowing for quick access to important information. This feature is accessible on both desktop and web platforms.
Engage with multiple documents and transcripts simultaneously to discover key themes and insights without the need to switch tabs.
When utilizing the AI Assistant, your documents remain secure, and your content is not utilized to train generative AI models.
Now With Contract Features
Engadget indicates that this feature now has the ability to comprehend and compare contracts.
Adobe has enhanced the Acrobat AI Assistant, enabling it to interpret contracts and compare them for you. The company claims it can clarify complex terms and highlight differences across agreements, making it easier to understand your commitments. With the AI Assistant activated, the Acrobat application can recognize if a document is a contract, even from a scanned page. It can pinpoint and enumerate key terms, summarize the content, and suggest pertinent questions based on the information contained within.
This feature can also compare up to 10 contracts simultaneously, detecting any differences or discrepancies.
It would take someone braver than me to rely on an AI to summarize a contract, but if you’re feeling adventurous and don’t mind spending five dollars a month for this convenience, please do share your experience …
