The World Of Super Nintendo Is Sensory Surplus

The theme park of Super Nintendo has finally opened to one and all. Super Nintendo World has been under development for several years and has been delayed a few times before finally opening during this very week in Osaka, Japan, at the Universal Studios (USJ).

This themed area of Super Nintendo park has still not put up the characters who are the most iconic in the world of video game consoles.

A Delayed Yet Delightful Super Nintendo Opening

The idea of leveraging iconic video game characters sounds very impressive on paper but it will be interesting to see how it actually fares in reality. USJ is undoubtedly the largest tourist attraction across Asia since Universal has great experience in this area. This is mainly due to the reason that Universal has previously launched a conceptually similar themed park after Harry Potter’s Wizarding World which has been a massive success. So there is no reason to doubt the success of this Super Nintendo park either.

The coronavirus pandemic has definitely been a huge reason for the delay in the opening. Previously it was planned to be opened before the Olympic Games in 2020 that were to be held in Tokyo.

Nintendo has the impeccable ability in designing games however theme parks are not a strong point for this conservative company. On the other hand, everyone who has visited this newly opened park has pronounced it to be an enormous success already. They have vouched that as soon as the travel restarts, people from across the globe will flock to this park for an impeccable experience.

On weekdays, the ticket costs $70 while on weekends it is $75. The biggest achievement of the park is the gamification that offers an unparalleled experience.
