The Apple Watch Series 7 is a safe bet for Apple. It creates innovation through iteration, rather than an entire design overhaul. This iterative strategy allows Apple to create breathing room between releases, enabling a sort of fine-tuning of the little things that get in the way of one truly loving their device experience. In the case of this year’s Apple Watch, a larger screen and faster charging combine to make day-to-day use an absolute delight. Watch OS 8 brings improvements to an already robust set of health features, made even more comprehensive for Apple Fitness Plus subscribers. Series 7 doesn’t exactly break new ground, but if it’s been a few years since you bought yours, or if you’ve never owned an Apple Watch, this is, once again, the best of the best.
