There have been several claims that Twitter has been going through a pretty rough February, after which it also had to deal with an iMessage bug. It has been noted that if one used an Apple device to tweet to their buddy on an Apple device, the first and the last characters of the tweet won’t come up.
iMessage Bug Fixed Miraculously
As has been mentioned by 9to5Mac, the tweet previews which are usually sent via the official messaging app- iMessage- for Apple seem to be missing the first and the last characters of any tweet- which naturally makes the entire tweet odd.
When requested for comment, Stephanie Cortez- the spokesperson for Twitter, originally stated that the bug had already been fixed. But as bad luck would have it, this wasn’t the case- which the spokesperson had to concede after an article was published that the company was aware of this major issue and was already looking for a solution.
On late Friday evening, the bug seemed to be fixed for most iMessage features of Apple devices- but the company refused to comment on the matter further.
