Today, Apple Fitness+ unveiled an exciting array of new content to start the year, along with a fresh integration with the widely-used social fitness app Strava.
Users of Fitness+ will now find it simple to share their completed workout sessions on Strava, complete with detailed information such as episode images, music genres, and metrics. Additionally, Strava subscribers can access a complimentary trial of Fitness+.
According to Apple, Fitness+ boasts the world’s most extensive library of 4K fitness and wellness content, offering over 6,500 workouts and meditations spread across twelve workout categories.
Upcoming content for 2025 features new progressive strength training programs and a conditioning program specifically for pickleball.
The brand-new strength training program assists users in building and maintaining their strength through a three-week regimen that targets all major muscle groups, consisting of twelve 30-minute workouts.
The pickleball-focused program is led by champion Catherine Parenteau, emphasizing strength, endurance, and agility exercises.
Additionally, the Yoga Peak Poses series is making its debut, facilitating users in developing confidence in yoga through intimate sessions, with each video centering on a specific pose. A new program on Introduction to Breath Meditation is also available, helping users manage stress, enhance energy, and improve focus through various breathing techniques.
The Artist Spotlight series will continue this year, featuring music playlists from artists like Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and others. New episodes of Time to Walk are set to premiere on January 13, beginning with Severance star Adam Scott. Subsequent episodes will include appearances from Steve Aoki, Tiffany Haddish, Rita Ora, and more.
