Today, Apple is launching macOS Sequoia 15.1.1, which includes what it describes as critical security updates. This release comes just three weeks after the public availability of macOS Sequoia 15.1.
According to Apple’s release notes: “This update includes essential security fixes and is recommended for all users.” The version number for this update is 24B91, and it is accessible for all Macs that support macOS Sequoia.
To update your Mac, navigate to System Settings, select General, and then click on Software Update.
As of now, Apple has not yet refreshed its security webpage to detail the vulnerabilities addressed in macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. We will update this article as soon as that information becomes available.
