Apple Watch Heart Month Challenge Kicks Off This Month

The upcoming Apple Watch Activity Challenge is fast approaching. Participants will soon receive alerts regarding the Heart Month Challenge, which takes place on February 14.

Here’s what you can anticipate from this challenge:

Take a moment to care for your heart! Close your Exercise ring this Valentine’s Day, February 14, to receive this accolade.

To close the Exercise ring on your Apple Watch, you typically need to complete 30 minutes of exercise, but you can adjust the duration according to your preference.

Apple provides a guide on how to do that:

  1. Open the Fitness app  on your iPhone.
  2. Select the Activity rings, then tap the Change Goals button next to any Activity ring.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Adjust Goal for Today: Set a temporary target for your Activity ring today.
    • Adjust Goal Schedule: Personalize your Activity ring goal by the day of the week. If you’re personalizing your goal, select Schedule in the top-right corner.
  4. Select the Delete button or the Add button to modify the goal.
  5. When you’re done, tap Change [activity] Goal for Today, or Set [activity] Goal Schedule.

Here are the stickers that will be earned, in addition to the digital award:
