This fall, the Batman Arkham Trilogy from Rocksteady will be released on the Nintendo Switch.
The trilogy’s antagonists, including the Joker, 2 Face, Catwoman, and others, were included in a montage of scenes from the trailer.
While Arkham Knight debuts the Batmobile as a key gameplay component, Arkham City stretches the action across all of Gotham City.
The collection’s official description is, “Become Gotham City’s ultimate defender across the legendary Batman: Arkham Trilogy.”
Batman Arkham Trilogy Will Finally Join Switch
Enter the shadows of the open world of Batman: Arkham City, the new “home” of high security for criminals, gangsters, and psychotic criminal masterminds. Run wild through Gotham’s streets in Batman: Arkham Knight as you face up against the greatest menace. Experience all three games’ critically acclaimed gameplay and AAA unique storytelling, PLUS all DLC, in one full package. On the Nintendo Switch, cloud games are essentially PC ports that are streamed to the system via an official client via the internet.
To make the Batman Arkham Trilogy possible, publishers typically work with a business that specializes in such streaming services. On the Nintendo Switch, there are cloud games like Control Ultimate Edition, Hitman 3, and Resident Evil Village. Like the two before games, this one is a native port. This is reinforced by the fact that a cloud version is not mentioned in the marketing materials. Second, it would be strange if one game from a trilogy wasn’t native to the platform. Turn Me Up Games, a porting studio, is the last statement in favor.
