Twitter, the American Social Network Company, has published its official warning about the seeming duplication of their online application with the launch of Threads by Meta, a new media with texting functions. The owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, has resorted to calling out Meta for rendering its Twitter workers jobless.
A law practitioner for the bluebird named Alex Spiro has inculpated Musk to have committed an act against the law and at the same time, immoral. Further, he charges that Musk’s actions have led to the reveal of trade secrets on Twitter and have posed a plausible threat to the existing intellectual properties. Spiro also remarks that Meta needs to discontinue Threads’ use to keep their trademarks safe.

It believes that the recruitees are still under responsibility in its name and any kind of leaked information resorts to theft and breach of contract.
They are being charged for the fact that they have committed a felony with regard to state and federal laws as well and should be held answerable for the same. Musk has publicly disclosed his detestation towards deception while he agrees with competing amongst themselves which was the natural course of events.
Mark Zuckerberg, had officially informed in Threads that 30 million users registered themselves within the next day morning of the launch. Zuckerberg reveals that he desires to create a harmonious community by making use of the best parts of Instagram. Zuckerberg seems to have made a statement as he posted a meme of the characters of Spider-Man pointing toward each other, his tweet post since 2012.
