Destiny 2 And Fortnite Collab Is In The Works

Recent leaks imply that Fortnite and Destiny 2 will be working together shortly.

Collaborations in a game like Destiny 2 are uncommon. One last appeared in the game as part of the 30th Anniversary Bundle. The Magnum Sidearm from Halo is the same weapon that was included in the Forerunner Exotic Sidearm bundle. It happened as a result of Bungie’s crucial role in the early development of Halo. As a result of this partnership, Destiny 2 will have three sets of armor cosmetics.

Destiny 2 And Fortnite Skins Have Been Leaked

It is still unclear, though, if it will result in cosmetics appearing only in Destiny 2 or also in Fortnite. Given that the aforementioned items are cosmetics for armor, there is a strong likelihood that they will be sold for Silver in the game. In Bungie’s looter shooter, decorative armor items typically cost roughly 1,500 Silver. But those who want to buy all three variations for the various subclasses might find this to be a little pricey.

Considering that, it is also possible that these things will be offered for Bright Dust, similar to some of the seasonal cosmetics in the Eververse Store. Additionally, these cosmetics could be kept behind a challenge wall. To gain access to these armor cosmetics, Guardians might need to fulfill certain tasks similar to what they would in Fortnite. There is no release date for the collaboration as of yet. Therefore, it is currently only speculation as to how to unlock these products or when they will become online. Since all the leak accomplishes is to inform everyone that collaboration is planned, one can only speculate when they will arrive.
