This is my review of the Fitbit Versa 3, Fitness latest fitness focused smartwatch. Is it better than the Apple Watch 6 and the Samsung Watch 3? Find out in our review here.
Fitbit Versa 3 boasts a massive arsenal of health, fitness, and sports tracking features. Its all-day heart-rate monitoring, nightly SpO2 tracking, sleep monitoring, Active Zone Minutes, and more have been designed to keep you in shape. Furthermore, monitoring all your health stats is fortified in an easy-to-understand manner in the companion app. The Versa 3 also brings some notable upgrades from its predecessor like a bigger screen, built-in GPS, and more. For a full-fledged smartwatch, its 6-days of battery endurance on a single charge is something to adore as well.
However, it does have a few shortcomings. First, the UI/UX feels abnormally stuttery for a premium smartwatch. The app-selection could definitely use a rework too. Although the built-in GPS is good news, its imperfect implementation leaves things to be desired. I’m also not particularly fond of certain features being hidden behind a paywall. Oh, and the Versa 3’s inductive button on the side is more than enough to grind your gears too. A regular minimal button was just fine Fitbit, why would you go against that?
