What’s new in iOS 18.2 beta 4?
- Apple has transitioned the Camera Control settings from the “Accessibility” menu to a newly created “Accessibility” submenu within the main “Camera Control” settings. The same options remain accessible in the primary “Accessibility” settings as well.
- While scrubbing through a video in the Photos app, the timestamp now displays milliseconds.
- The profile picture icons in the Mail app appear smaller compared to beta 3.
- An option was introduced in iOS 18.2 beta 2 to display notification badges solely for unread messages in the “Primary” category. The latest beta, iOS 18.2 beta 4, includes a new popup notification that informs users about this setting when they first access the Mail app.
