Lenovo Slim Pro 7 Review

Lenovo Slim Pro 7 Review

The Lenovo Slim Pro 7 laptop is capable of editing video while still being sufficiently lightweight and battery-operated to be practical while traveling. At this price, that combination is extremely uncommon.

It’s not perfect, but the choices that it makes to fulfill the demands of individuals who are, for not having a better phrase, referred to as “content creators” at work, are the proper compromises. For those who value a great screen, such as musicians, video editors, photo editors, and perhaps even programmers, this is a terrific light alternative. In the center of the Lenovo Slim/Yoga lineup comes the 14-inch AMD-powered laptop known as the Lenovo Slim Pro 7.

Lenovo Slim Pro 7 Is Impressive

However, Lenovo does not advertise its products under the Yoga name in the US. The Slim 7i is the less powerful model, while the Slim Pro 7 X is more powerful and has a little better screen. Therefore, the Slim Pro 7 aspires to be a Goldilocks, if not actually. It has a 512-gigabyte SSD and 16 gigabytes of soldered, non-upgradable RAM. Anyone with a Torx screwdriver and a little bravery can upgrade.

The chassis is made entirely of aluminum and is highly sturdy. The screen of this device is one of its key features. Although I still haven’t found any use for touch on a laptop, it is touch-capable. The 90-Hz refresh rate is more intriguing, making everything else fairly fluid but not quite enough to satisfy serious gamers. The Slim Pro 7 X is the laptop you want, with its 144-Hz refresh rate). The screen’s 16:10 aspect ratio gives you somewhat extra height than the more typical 16:9 ratio. Additionally, it increases the size of the preview panel in video editors.
