MLS 2025 Season Begins: A Guide to Watching with MLS Season Pass

The Major League Soccer season begins tonight, featuring LAFC against Minnesota as the opening match. Fans can enjoy all league games via the MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app, available both live and on-demand.

The MLS Season Pass is priced at $99 for the complete season, or just $79 for those subscribed to Apple TV+. Enjoy every regular season and playoff game without any blackouts or regional limitations, and share one subscription with up to six individuals through Apple Family Sharing.

In addition to annual subscriptions, a monthly option is available. The MLS Season Pass can be obtained for $14.99 per month, or $12.99 per month for Apple TV+ subscribers.

The MLS Season Pass streams exclusively through the Apple TV app. While Apple TV+ users can access a limited selection of games weekly, including the new Sunday Night soccer event, a full pass is required to view every match.

With the MLS Season Pass, viewers get access to pre-game, post-game, and bonus content alongside live matches. MLS 360, a comprehensive show that showcases highlights and key moments from all concurrent games, is also available.

The pass offers dual broadcasts in both English and Spanish. Access is facilitated through the MLS channel on the Apple TV app, which is compatible with a range of devices including Apple products, smart TVs, and for the first time, Android phones and tablets.

iPad and Apple TV 4K users can take advantage of Multiview mode, allowing them to watch up to four streams simultaneously. For those on the Apple Vision Pro, enjoy the possibility of following up to five games at once using the TV app.

This season, MLS Season Pass can also be accessed through Comcast Xfinity and DirecTV. Subscribers to these cable services can experience all matches free for the first week, providing a preview before committing to the new channels in the EPG.
