Continue reading as we explore all the new features in the recent Opera update for iOS.

The recent blog post outlines the new Home Screen widgets available in the updated version of Opera for iOS. These widgets are completely customizable, allowing users to access essential web browser features with just one tap. For example, users can utilize the widget to open a new tab in Private Mode or directly ask Aria a question.

Additionally, if you long-press the icon, you’ll discover more shortcuts. “These enhancements accelerate your daily browsing by providing one-tap access to the most important features,” states Opera.

Another significant modification with this update is that Opera’s Aria AI is now accessible to everyone, even without signing in. Users can interact with Aria using both text and voice input. Aria is capable of web searches and can also generate images using Google’s Imagen 3 Fast model.

As per Opera, you can start using Aria without an account simply by updating to the latest iOS app version. However, note that image generation is restricted to five images per day without an account, while registered users can create up to 30 images daily.

Opera has expressed gratitude to iOS users for their “substantial growth recently.”

Innovative, user-centered enhancements like these have contributed to a notable increase in Opera for iOS.
