Outriders servers failed to maintain their stability from the time of its launch. However, Square Enix has recently announced that there is a need for them to bring down the servers for correction.
Outriders have been through a very rough preliminary launch. The game had successfully managed to gain immense popularity on Steam and quickly became the biggest launch of Square Enix in history. On the other hand, Outriders servers have been a victim of several technical issues.
Connectivity Issues Plague Outriders Servers
Not only did the game face numerous connectivity problems, but it also had many crashes that led to widespread instability of the server, causing players to from playing it. On the very second day of the launch, drastic measures are being taken by Square Enix in order to rectify these problems.
This PC game is a role-playing cooperative 3rd person shooter of People Can Fly developer. Outriders also showcase the protagonist to be exploring a foreign world following an anomaly that enables the players with supernatural abilities.
Players are also allowed to join their friends who are on a totally different system, mission, and quest. At the end of the day, Outriders servers required internet connectivity to be played.
Recently the Twitter account of Outriders informed that they will now onwards take their servers offline. This will be for a short period of time for the purpose of investigating and mitigating the persistent problems. Nonetheless, they have not yet mentioned for how long their servers will remain down.
The game was launched on 1st April and the Outriders servers starting showing instability problems from the very beginning. Taking down the servers completely indicates the issues are complicated and cannot be solved easily. Hopefully, the problems will be resolved quickly and put back online.
