Apple has revealed seven new games that are now available.
Seven new titles are available today, all free of ads and in-app purchases. This includes Skate City: New York, the ultimate skateboarding adventure set in iconic real-world locations; Gears & Goofor Apple Vision Pro, which merges tower defense mechanics with classic base-building gameplay in an interactive spatial environment; and Three Kingdoms HEROES, the latest addition to Koei Tecmo’s popular Romance of the Three Kingdoms franchise.
Today’s releases also feature award-winning titles from the App Store, such as FINAL FANTASY+, a remastered 2D version of the original classic; Trials of Mana+, the mobile adaptation of SQUARE ENIX’s praised console action RPG; the Wild West-themed adventure Rodeo Stampede+; and the laid-back zen experience It’s Literally Just Mowing+.
The other three games will be available on February 6.
PGA TOUR Pro Golf marks Apple Arcade’s first officially licensed PGA TOUR game. This title joins a growing selection of exciting sports games that can be enjoyed with friends and family, including NFL Retro Bowl ’25, NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, Football Manager 2024 Touch, Ballistic Baseball, CHARRUA SOCCER, and more.
On February 6, players can also expect to see the platforming adventure game Doodle Jump 2+ and the charming farming simulator My Dear Farm+.
The company claims that the game features realistic courses across platforms.
PGA TOUR Pro Golf promises an immersive golf experience tailored for sports enthusiasts. Players can take on competitive matches or exciting tournaments at renowned PGA TOUR venues like Pebble Beach Golf Links and Harbour Town Golf Links, alongside honing their skills in practice rounds. Its true-to-life courses are directly inspired by those used by professional golfers, bringing the thrilling atmosphere of the game to iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro.
Additionally, several games are receiving significant updates.
- Hello Kitty Island Adventure by Sunblink and Sanrio: From January 19 to February 24, the Luck & Lanterns event celebrates the Year of the Snake and the Lunar New Year with lucky envelopes, firecrackers, new festive outfits, and decorations.
- Game Room by Resolution Games: On January 16, Game Room will introduce a new hidden word game, Word Wright, to its collection of beloved classic games — all accessible across Apple Vision Pro, iPhone, and iPad.
- WHAT THE CAR? by Triband: Today, WHAT THE CAR? reflects on 2024 by featuring the top 25 community levels from the year.
Apple Arcade is available for $6.99 per month, and users can enjoy three months of free access with the purchase of a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. A family plan allows up to six members to access over 200 titles without limits.
