The Vision Pro might not yet excel in gaming, but a recent launch is set to make a significant impact. Gamers now have access to an extensive library of over 2,000 new games, courtesy of NVIDIA GeForce NOW arriving on visionOS.
Cloud Gaming Library Significantly Enhances Game Options for visionOS
NVIDIA recently announced that its cloud gaming service, GeForce NOW, would soon support Apple’s Vision Pro.
As of last week’s update, that support has been officially implemented.
With GeForce NOW, Vision Pro users can enjoy streaming games in 4K at 120 FPS, along with ultrawide resolutions at ultra-low latency. Gamepad support is included as well.
The library now boasts more than 2,000 titles for subscribers, and over 100 of these can be played for free without requiring a paid subscription.
All gameplay occurs via the native visionOS app in Safari.
It remains unclear if the recently released visionOS 2.3 impacts compatibility, but it’s advisable to update your system before trying GeForce NOW.

DMN’s Insight
While this update doesn’t resolve the shortage of VR-optimized games on Vision Pro, it significantly broadens users’ gaming choices within the platform. With 2,000 new games instantly available via an expansive Safari interface, there’s much to explore, paving the way for future enhancements to Vision Pro gaming this year.
